The ideal candidate should have an excellent university and/or post university curriculum, both with reference to the final vote and the timing of graduation. The candidate should have a high level of knowledge of English language (both spoken and written) and if possible of French language, and the will and attitude to perform his or her professional activities with full commitment and passion.

The ability to use the main software applications and the attitude for team-working represent some of the basics requirements that are valued in the selection procedures.
The selection procedures envisage a careful consideration of all the data relating to the professional profiles of the candidates contained in the curriculum vitae. Candidates of interest are invited to have one or more interviews. If the interviews are satisfactory, there will be a final interview with the Firm’s Partners.
Similar methods, properly adjusted, are followed for the selection of other personnel (i. e. secretarial staff, administration, etc).
